Integrated Business Services, Inc. is in the business of producing and managing medical, financial, and high-technology databases through use of modern research and telemarketing practices.

Medical databases are the bi-product of our marketing and research work, which are then offered to clients for rent, for 1-year unlimited use arrangements, or for email deployments conducted by our firm on behalf of the mailer. List rentals are transactions allowing our clients single use of the list for one-mailing or project only.

Unlimited use transactions, offered for 1-year only, offers our clients multiple-use of the list, for up to one calendar year from the date of receipt, during which time the client may opt to update the list, doing so for a price equal to 50% of current, standard pricing. In any case, the client may use the database only for himself, or for a single operating entity. He may not re-rent, sell, lease, loan, or give access to the data to any other entity. Doing so would be a violation of this agreement and our guarantee, which is considered an inseparable part of the sale agreement. All list rentals, leases and sales are accepted on a non-refundable basis.

Our lists are produced with great care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information provided via telephone and/or written surveys, and are not liable for any loss caused by our prospect lists or mailing lists or databases. If you buy our mailing lists, in any format, we offer one of the most generous guarantee in the world, which is as follows:

If you purchase our mailing lists or labels at our standard pricing, and use our entire, unaltered file to conduct your first class mailing within 30 days after the shipment of your order, we will credit your account for (1) that portion of the mailing list which was undeliverable, using current “standard” list costs as a basis of calculation, and (2) the first class, one ounce postage ($.37 each maximum, or actual amount, whichever is more current) spent by you on all undeliverable and returned pieces, not to be exceeded by the cost of the mailing list itself. Any undelivered items must be returned to us within 60 days of our invoice date along with a copy of our invoice. Only one credit will be issued for one invoice. If you buy more than one set of lists/labels at one time, or repeat the use of the same list/file, a credit will be allowed only for the first set of labels shipped. Lists involving custom processing or special discounting is not creditable unless previous written agreements have been made. Postage credit guarantees do not apply to address correction received by sender for street addressed mail that has been assigned a box in the same post office. Postal regulations require that this mail be delivered, and these street addresses will be maintained by IBSI. We recommend that you contact your local postal authority for the proper address correction and forwarding imprint on your bulk mail. This guarantee does not apply to mailings addressed to the “Personal” and/or “Confidential” attention of the listed recipient.

Names are furnished for the confidential use of the purchaser only. They are not to be used to compile or prepare mailing lists, marketing aids, classified directories, classified advertising conveyed by any telephonic, mechanical or electronic means, or any other compilations that are sold or otherwise provided to third parties. The lists may be seeded with decoy names to protect against unauthorized use. Phones are NOT covered by our guarantee, and credits are supplied in the form of replacement records.
