Introduction:
It is
our strict policy to protect the privacy of persons
and organizations that communicate with us via our
internet web site, email facilities, and/or our
survey vehicles. Through our web site, and through
the use of customized surveys (in addition to other,
proprietary methodologies), we use only information
supplied to us and derived through use of
proprietary survey-based methods, and only for the
purposes of disseminating valuable and helpful
healthcare information or developments, in addition
to qualified and approved marketing campaigns.
We take
our respondees’ right to privacy seriously. We find
it important to disclose the data collection and
usage practices of our firm in conjunction with our
company site and services.
Purpose & Method:
Integrated Business
Services (“IBSI”) utilizes the information provided
to us in accordance with the terms of this Policy
and governed under applicable State and Federal Law.
Our research surveys require that you provide
certain information for participation in our
surveying in order to receive information pertinent
to the personal characteristics reported. That
information includes name, address, email address,
gender, birth date as well as the ailment/condition
or Rx/OTC medications you would like to stay
informed about, et al. Additional information may
be appended to your record as deemed accurate and
reliable by the list owner, such as (but not limited
to) marital status, household information including
level of education, personal or household income,
occupation, children in the household & online
purchasing/web-surfing habits,
making
use of your original information as the basis upon
which your record is augmented. To
maximize the usefulness of our service, we
occasionally request additional voluntary
information and will contact you as needed via
email, postal mail and on rare occasion, by
telephone.
At any time, you may
request that we remove your record(s) from our
masterfile(s) for any reason by contacting us via
telephone, fax or email. All removal requests will
be honored within 48 hours.
We also may collect
information your computer is logged onto and what
pages you visit at our firm. We may compare our
member list to lists received from other companies,
in an effort to avoid sending identical messages to
our members.
Information Use:

advertisements delivered via direct mail or

Suppliers:
Integrated Business Services employs other 3rd party
companies and individuals to perform certain
functions on our behalf. These companies and
individuals may include but are not limited to
pharmaceutical companies and their subsidiaries and
affiliates and data hygiene service bureaus.
Vendors’ primary functions are removing duplicate
information from customer lists to prepare them for
marketing purposes, analyzing our research data, and
providing analysis on a group or groups of files.
These vendors have access to our files on a limited,
seeded, and ‘need to know basis’ only to perform
their functions as a contributor to our business
model.
eSponsorship:
Integrated Business Services may utilize 3rd party
companies to serve sponsored display promotions when
you visit our site. These companies may employ
action tags commonly known as cookies to measure
advertising effectiveness. These companies may
capture and utilize anonymous information about your
visit to this and other websites. If you would like
more information about this practice or your choices
about not having this information used by these
companies, please contact us.
Disclosures:
Integrated Business Services may disclose member or
newsletter member information about you and your use
of the Integrated Business Services Web Site and the
Integrated Business Services if:
Integrated Business Services believes such
disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with
State or Federal law; to protect or defend the
rights or property of Integrated Business Services
or others or if we feel there is an immediate
specific or non-specific threat to a member or group
of members sensitive information or person. In
addition Integrated Business Services may share or
transfer member information about you, to one or
more 3rd party entities pursuant to corporate merger
and acquisition activities in transferring all or
partial, member information, assets or stock of
Integrated Business Services or its affiliated
entities, or as otherwise provided herein.
Security Measures:
We maintain consistent and appropriate security
measures in our physical facilities to protect
against the loss, misuse or alteration of
information that we have collected via the operation
of our website and the business related thereto.
These same measures are employed vigorously and
consistently to protect all survey-based data files
developed by this firm.
Our firm protects your information using passwords,
encryption, firewalls and other measures to protect
the data from loss, misuse or alteration. Our
hardware infrastructure is housed in a controlled
access facility that restricts access to
unauthorized individuals. Member information is
backed up on a regular basis to protect against loss
or incidental destruction. However, we can not
guarantee that communications between you and our
firm will not be intercepted by others and that
information stored on our servers will be free from
unauthorized access. While we have taken reasonable
precautions to protect this information, you should
always use discretion in what information you send
to us and not expect that such information will be
completely free from interception or intrusion.
Minors:
Integrated Business Services is committed to the
safety of children. Children under the age of 13 may
not register or participate in any of our surveys.
If children under 18 elect to use participate in the
surveying services of Integrated Business Services,
they must provide proper consent in writing by a
parent or guardian above the age of 21. We will not
willfully collect any information from a child under
13.
Accuracy and Hygiene:
Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of any
request for record modification (RFRM) or request
for record removal (RFRR) from any valid survey
respondee, we remove that record said record from
our masterfiles completely. Records found to have
been flagged as “deceased” are also removed
promptly, as we license and utilize the services of
Deceased Suppression files, including (but not
limited to) that of the Direct Marketing Association
(“DMA”) of which we are an active member in good
standing. Furthermore, records found to have been
registered with various “Do Not Mail”
services/registrars” are also removed promptly, with
safeguards in place to prevent the inadvertent
re-registration by another family member.
Any and all survey respondee data found to be
illegitimate, inaccurate, or even suspicious in
nature, are immediately removed from our files,
which currently consist only of both USA and
Canadian names, postal addresses and email
addresses.
All Masterfiles are updated and cleansed monthly,
and are again NCOA/CASS/DPV-Certified immediately
prior to shipment to the end user or agent of the
mailer. Files are subjected to the most rigorous
hygiene methods available in today’s marketplace.
These methods include (but are not limited to) (a)
Deceased-Suppression, (b) “Do Not Call” suppression,
(c) “Do Not Mail” suppressions, (d) NCOA/CASS/DPV
certification, et al.
Opting-Out:
To opt-out, using any one of the above six (6)
methods, one must furnish us with his/her exact name
and address. Postal and/or email address changes
may also be communicated to us through any or all of
the methods below, at any time.
Upon request, we will provide site visitors with a
description of the information we maintain about
them. Please call, e-mail or write for this
information, using any method noted above.

If you are one of our many survey respondees who has
supplied us with information such as your postal or
e-mail addresses (or any other information), and do
not wish to continue receiving our occasional
newsletters, mail pieces or marketing information,
you have the continuous option to have your name and
address removed from our mailing or e-mail list(s)
at any time and for any reason. You may do so
through the employment of any or all of the six (6)
methods listed above.

Our firm may revise or amend this Policy at will in
the future to improve our services, develop future
services, comply with applicable laws and reflect
changes in our business environment.
Survey Participation:
If you do not
accept the terms of this Policy, we ask that you do
