It is our strict
policy to protect the privacy of persons and organizations that
communicate with us via our internet web site, email facilities,
and/or our
survey vehicles. Through our web site, and through the
use of customized surveys (in addition to other, proprietary
methodologies), we use only information supplied to us derived
through use of
survey-based methods, and only for the purposes of
disseminating valuable and helpful healthcare information or
developments, in addition to qualified and approved marketing
campaigns.
We do not share such
information with other organizations or for other commercial
purposes without express authorization from our Management. We do
not set "cookies" on the computers of persons using our web site.
And, we do not use internet “harvested” contact data, never have,
and never will. In addition, we NEVER knowingly maintain the records
and/or addresses of minors. Any and all survey respondees found to
be illegitimate, inaccurate, or even suspicious in nature, are
immediately removed from our files, which currently consist only of
USA names and addresses.
Our files are updated
and cleansed monthly. They are subjected to the most rigorous
methods available in today’s marketplace. These methods include (but
are not limited to) (a) Deceased-Suppression, (b) “Do Not Call”
suppression, (c) “Do Not Mail” suppressions, (d) NCOA/CASS/DPV
certification, et al.
We maintain
consistent and appropriate security measures in our physical
facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of
information that we have collected via the operation of this site
and the business related thereto. These same measures are also
employed vigorously and consistently to protect any and all
survey-based data files developed by this firm.
If you are one of our
many survey
respondees, and have previously supplied us with
information such as your postal or e-mail addresses (or any other
information), and do not wish to continue receiving our occasional
newsletters, mail pieces or marketing information, you have the
continuous option to have your name and address removed from our
mailing or e-mail list(s) at any time and for any reason. You may do
so through the employment of any or all of the following five (5)
methods (while only one is necessary):
